This policy describes the website's contact, anti-abuse and optional audience-measurement flows. It identifies the operator, providers and channel for exercising your rights.
Controller and rights contact
Brand: ElShore. Registered operator: Mohamed Wahib EI. Public professional address: 138 avenue Victor Hugo 75116 Paris. Privacy contact: contact@elshore.com.
Project inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message to respond to business inquiries. Required fields are necessary to handle the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional contacts and discussing potential projects; where you personally request steps before a contract, that pre-contractual purpose also applies. Contact details are not added to a newsletter through this form.
Anti-abuse checks
Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals, including IP-related information, to distinguish people from automated traffic. The server verifies the challenge before sending an inquiry. A separate in-memory rate limit uses the sending IP address. These checks serve our legitimate interest in protecting the website and mailboxes from abuse. We do not retain challenge tokens in a website database.
Optional audience measurement
Umami Cloud measures page visits only after you allow analytics. ElShore uses the EU workspace. You can withdraw consent using Privacy settings in the footer. Analytics records page paths, referrer origins, browser language and device information; URL queries and fragments, contact-form fields, custom events and user IDs are excluded. Analytics data is retained for six months. Your consent choice is stored in browser localStorage until changed or cleared. Umami’s service terms govern provider processing and any applicable transfers.
Recipients and providers
Mohamed Wahib handles business correspondence. Vercel Inc. hosts the website; Resend delivers form emails; Apple provides the receiving mailboxes; Cloudflare supplies Turnstile; Umami Cloud provides optional analytics after consent. These providers receive the information needed for their functions. Hosting, email and security processing can involve countries outside the EEA, including the United States. Resend stores message content and delivery logs in the United States; the Ireland sending region does not change this storage location. Resend documents Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement for these transfers. The applicable provider terms and data-protection arrangements govern other transfers; their privacy and transfer information is linked below.
Retention
Project correspondence is stored in business mailboxes. The relevant retention criteria are the purpose of the inquiry, any resulting client contract, and applicable legal obligations or disputes. For information about your correspondence or to request its deletion, contact contact@elshore.com. The website does not maintain a database of contact messages. Its in-memory abuse counters use a one-minute window and expired entries are removed on subsequent requests. Provider logs and backups are subject to each provider’s retention settings and agreements.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise those rights, email contact@elshore.com. You may also contact the CNIL where you consider that a concern has not been resolved.
