These terms describe use of the ElShore website. ElShore offers its services to businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. They are separate from any proposal, service agreement or applicable commercial terms agreed for a project.
Purpose of the website
The website presents ElShore's client services in software, digital products, technical consulting, AI integrations, automation, SEO and ongoing technical support. It also presents InGym, a multi-branch gym-management SaaS product developed and operated by ElShore. InGym is presented as a product, not as a separate legal company.

Information is provided for general discussion and may change as services and product details are reviewed. A website page does not by itself create a service contract, offer a fixed price or guarantee that a particular feature, delivery date or support arrangement is available.
